US Testing Equipment offers service contract options for on-going protection and maintenance of your screening equipment. We are able to provide manufacturer approved service agreements that guarantee you are receiving the best repair, maintenance and support available. As an authorized partner, US Testing works with the manufacturer to provide you corrective maintenance and support plans in a variety of plans and options designed to fit your needs.  Contact us for pricing and additional details. 

 

Rapiscan X-ray Service Contracts

Platinum Service Plan On-site coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Technical phone support 24 hours a day. Corrective repair labor with response time to site within 24 hours. All necessary repair parts. Express shipment of replacement parts. All required travel expenses. Preventative maintenance and radiation survey plan.
Gold Service Plan On-site coverage during normal business hours. Technical phone support 24 hours a day. Corrective repair labor during normal business hours. All necessary repair parts included. Economy shipment of replacement parts. All required travel expenses. Product specific preventative maintenance and radiation survey plan.
Silver Service Plan Two on-site corrective repair visits. Technical phone support 24 hours a day. Corrective repair labor during normal business hours. Necessary repair parts excluding generators. Travel mileage within a 100 mile radius of the service location.
Warranty Included with purchase of equipment for a period of 13 months from the date of shipment. Technical phone support 24 hours a day. On-site response if required within 2 business days. Corrective repair labor during normal business hours. All necessary repair parts. Economy shipment of replacement parts. All required travel expenses.

 

Morpho Detection ETD Service Contracts

Basic Corrective Maintenance Technical phone support 24 hours a day. 15 day turnaround time for depot repair. All parts and labor at service center included. Fixed-fee and unlimited usage. Inbound and outbound shipping included. RMA for repair issued same day requested.
Basic Corrective Maintenance and Loaner Service Technical phone support 24 hours a day. 15 day turnaround time for depot repair. All parts and labor at service center included. Fixed-fee and unlimited usage. Inbound and outbound shipping included. RMA for repair issued same day requested.  Includes fixed-fee, unlimited usage loaner service. If RMA is issued and equipment is sent to repair depot, loaner equipment will be shipped priority next business day.
Warranty Included with purchase of equipment for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. Technical phone support 24 hours a day. 15 day turnaround time for depot repair. All parts and labor at service center included. Fixed-fee and unlimited usage. RMA for repair issued same day requested.

 

Gatekeeper Under Vehicle Service Contract

Standard Depot Warranty Included with purchase of equipment for a period of 12 months starting from installation or 30 days from shipping, whichever occurs first. Phone and email support during normal business hours. Operator and System Software Updates. User pays for shipping of replacement parts to and from Gatekeeper warehouse in Sterling, VA.
Extended Depot Warranty Extension of Standard Deport Warranty, starts when standard warranty ends. Must be purchased at the time of equipment order. Phone and email support during normal business hours. Operator and System Software Updates. User pays for shipping of replacement parts to and from Gatekeeper warehouse in Sterling, VA.
On-Site Warranty Upgrade Phone and email support during normal business hours. Operator and System Software Updates. Provides technician support for removal and replacement of warranty parts. Includes all travel and labor costs. Includes free shipping and freight for warranty replacement parts. Includes 10% off parts cost for non-warranty related repairs. Includes 20% off published labor rates on non-warranty related repairs, add-ons or other services.
Periodic Maintenance Agreement  Phone and email support during normal business hours. Operator and System Software Updates.  This plan does not require current warranty coverage. PM visits three times a year. Includes all travel expenses and costs. Includes 10% off parts cost for non-warranty related repairs. Includes 20% off published labor rates on non-warranty related repairs, add-ons or other services.  Includes refresher training for operators on any deficiencies noted, to be done at the time of PM visit.
