Description

The CEIA PD240 Hand-Held Metal Detector offers excellent screening and sensitivity to all metals, full compliance with the latest Security Standards and a low occurrence of false alarms. The last model features 70% width increase in sensitivity so fewer scans per person are required. The new design also incorporates innovative technical solutions which make it possible to operate much closer to floors with steel reinforcement bars than was previously possible. The fully digital design complies with the NIJ standard 0602.02 and the new NIJ draft standard 0602.03 for security screening. The PD240 also features an advanced control panel and alarm indications for greater control and customization of threat detection procedures at security checkpoints.
